Refund & Ticketing Policy

Greekonnect facilitates ticket sales for events listed on our platform. Please read the following carefully:

General Policy

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.
• Refunds for canceled events: Organizers are responsible for issuing refunds. Greekonnect may assist in processing.
• Lost or stolen tickets: We cannot replace without organizer confirmation.

Event Changes

Event changes (time, venue): Organizers must notify ticket holders; Greekonnect will assist in communication.

Disputes

Disputes between attendees and organizers: Greekonnect is not liable; organizers are responsible for resolution.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact the event organizer directly first
2. If no response within 48 hours, contact us at info@greekonnect.com
3. Provide your order number and reason for refund request

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
