Greekonnect is a technology platform that enables users to discover events, purchase tickets, list events, and support community initiatives.
Greekonnect is not an event organizer, promoter, sponsor, venue operator, or host, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. All events listed on the Platform are created, managed, and executed by independent third-party organizers, who are solely responsible for their events.
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between Greekonnect and any user or organizer.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Platform, or have valid parental or legal guardian consent where permitted by law.

Ticket pricing, availability, refund policies, and event details are determined by organizers. Greekonnect is not responsible for event changes, cancellations, disputes, or fulfillment.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Greekonnect does not store full payment credentials.
Subscription fees, platform fees, and ticketing fees are disclosed at checkout and may change with notice.

All Platform content, branding, software, and design are owned by Greekonnect or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Greekonnect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” GREEKONNECT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Greekonnect does not monitor or control user communications and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of messages exchanged between users.
Users are solely responsible for their interactions with others on the Platform.
Greekonnect may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms or where continued access presents legal or business risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, on an individual basis, and not as part of a class or representative action, except where prohibited by law.
